Pauline Howlin is the driving force behind Cornerstone Consultancy. She has nearly three decades of experience in Business Management, HR, Leadership Training and Workplace and Commercial Mediation. Cornerstone Consultancy’s journey began with a desire to assist businesses in navigating the complexities of employment dynamics. With a career spanning self-employment, senior management roles, and leadership positions in the UK and Ireland, Pauline possesses a holistic understanding of business operations across various industries, including hospitality, retail, construction and property.
What sets Pauline apart is her hands-on experience in leading organisations through start-up phase, expansions, buyouts, and liquidations amidst economic fluctuations and regulatory changes. This practical insight equips her to guide other business owners and leaders in optimising their team’s performance for enhanced customer interaction and employee engagement, ultimately driving business revenue.
Armed with an Honours Law Degree (LLB) and a Masters in Business (MBS) specialising in
Human Resources, Pauline combines theoretical knowledge with real-world experience to offer comprehensive guidance, compliance and training. Her dedication to continuous learning is evident through her research on bespoke Management and Leadership Development Programmes, aimed at empowering front-line and senior management to excel in their roles and drive organisational success.
Pauline is an accredited member of the Certified Institute of Personal Development (CIPD) and the International Mediation Institute (IMI). Pauline brings a wealth of expertise to her clients, providing them with a safe and understanding environment to address their HR and Employment law issues effectively through her HR Clinic.
